Regal Gifts Fundraiser

We are excited to use REGAL GIFTS for a Fundraiser for our dance school.

They offer more than 1000 products with hundreds being priced under $20. We are sure everyone can find something either for themselves or as a gift for family and friends.

Important Points

1. Regal has designed our own website for safe and secure ordering - www.bssid.shopregal.ca. Please read all the details on the homepage. If you do not wish to use credit card on line, please give order with full payment to Valerie Doonan and she will take care of it.
2. You can start placing your orders immediately and all orders must be placed by 28 February 2012.
3. After placing your order on our web store, the products are delivered directly to you. In stock items generally arrive within 7-10 business days.
4. To ensure your order is delivered quickly, we need you to either enter a physical address (not PO box) or include your phone number when asked during the order process. For speedy delivery we recommend including both.
5. Regal has a low shipping rate - only $5 per order under $124.99 or 4% of the order total if your order is $125 or more (plus taxes).
6. Our school earns at least 30% on every order and up to 35% if we all buy more!!
7. Product exchanges are done directly through Regal's Exchange Centre - www.regal.ca/exchangecentre. Refunds can be requested through the Centre as well as long as your campaign is open. After the campaign closes you will only be able to receive an exchange.

Annual Christmas "Wheelbarrow of Wine" Raffle

Once again, we are holding our annual "Wheelbarrow of Wine" raffle. Please help us fill the barrow by contributing a bottle of wine or any other type of liquor. West Island Christmas Recital

DATE: Sunday, December 11th, 2011

TIME: Dancers arrive – 3PM, Show begins – 4PM

PLACE: John Abbott College – The Agora, 21275 Lakeshore Rd, Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, QC

ADMISSION: $10 per adult (children under 16 are free). Tickets will be available as of November 21st.

All dancers participate in the Christmas Recital. Please advise Bernadette as soon as possible if your dancer is not available to participate. More details concerning the recital to follow.

Oireachtas Dress Rehearsals

The Oireachtas Dress Rehearsals are scheduled as follows:

SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2011

ALL DANCERS UP TO AND INCLUDING U12 – 10AM - 12PM (approx.)
ALL DANCERS U13 UP TO AND INCLUDING U15 – 1PM - 2:30PM (approx.)

Upon completion of the solo and ceili dress rehearsal, there will be a regular practice – CEILI 2:30PM-3:30PM and SOLO 3:30PM-5PM (TJ & HP).

SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2011

ALL DANCERS U16 & OLDER – 2PM - 4PM (approx.)

Upon completion of the solo and ceili dress rehearsal, there will be a regular practice – CEILI 4PM-5PM and SOLO 5PM-6:30PM (TJ & HP).

IMPORTANT:

Dancers should arrive promptly at the indicated time above.

Oireachtas Dinner Dance

There are a few available seats left, lets make this a full house! Please advise Marie or Bernadette if you have not purchased tickets and would like to do so.

Cocktails at 7:00

Dinner seating at 7:30

Evening entertainment will be provided by Quality Entertainment DJ.

We have decided to add a bit of intrigue by making it a masquerade! See if you can guess who is behind the mask!

Colin Dunne show in Ottawa

Colin Dunne’s one man irish dance show "Out of Time" is playing in a few North American cities as part of the Irish government's cultural initiative called Imagine Ireland. It will be showing in Ottawa from October 27-29 at the National Arts Centre.
