Just a quick reminder to all that I need your bread order forms by
- by Wednesday, 16 Feb 2011 for the delivery on 23 February 2011
If anyone needs an order form, you can do ANY of the following:
- ask Hélène for a printed copy (tel. 514-748-8641)
- print a copy of the attached order form (use 11" x 17" paper or shrink to fit on an 8.5"x11" letter page)
- enter your order on the attached Excel spreadsheet, save it and email it back to Hélène at hjc-s@hotmail.com
